We believe the value added by using their system is going to be great for our retail and shop customers providing quick paperless solutions for invoicing and receipts as well as new technology for the towing industry that we have yet to experience with any other dispatching solution to date.
Dispatching Made Simple with TowBook
First off, we would like to show our retail customers the features we are most excited about. All too often we have customers call in that have absolutely no idea where they are located when their vehicle breaks down. With our system we can send a text message to the customer’s phone requesting the GPS coordinates out of their cell phone. Once the driver accepts the request, the coordinates are uploaded directly into our system. This allows us to pinpoint the customer’s exact location when broken down so we can dispatch a truck more efficiently than before.
The TowBook dispatching system allows us to get our drivers on the road quickly and efficiently so you don’t have to worry about spending hours in your broken down vehicle. With the ability for our drivers to give you updates in real time, you can rest assured that help is on the way.

Seamless Billing Through TowBook
Another advantage of the TowBook software is its ability to make billing seamless for both you and for us. We understand the billing process can be stressful. That’s why we wanted a software that could help us devote more time to our customers. With TowBook’s billing software, we are able to reduce the stresses and the back and forth between parties as billing is sorted out through the ability to directly invoice motor clubs.
To top off the already great experience with our TowBook system, the customer will be sent their invoice via email when the job is completed along with a text survey which is optional. With our new system, we can take pictures at both the pick-up and the drop-off as well as getting signatures at each location. This allows us to document any pre existing damage and that the vehicle was picked up and delivered in satisfactory condition. All this information is included on the emailed receipt along with GPS coordinates for where the vehicle was dropped so there is never any concern over locating a delivered vehicle at the destination.
Customer Satisfaction with TowBook
Once the job is complete the TowBook system follows up with a text message asking the customer to rate their experience 1-5 (5 being the best). Once a 1-5 rating is given, a second text is sent asking if there is anything we can approve. All of this sent to us on the back side for further review and corrective action is taken or praise given when needed. With this information available we can continuously work to improve our business for a better result for our customer!
