Titan Towing is proud to announce that we have signed up with Swoop to use their web based dispatching system for towing companies! We believe the value added by using their system is going to be great for our retail and shop customers providing quick paperless solutions for invoicing and receipts as well new technology for the towing industry that we have yet to experience with any other dispatching solution to date.
First off, we would like to show our retail customers the features we are most excited about. All too often we have customers call in that have absolutely no idea where they are located when their vehicle breaks down. With our system we can send a text message to the customer’s phone requesting the GPS coordinates out of their cell phone.
Once the driver accepts the request, the coordinates are uploaded directly into our system. This allows us to pinpoint the customer’s exact location when broken down so we can dispatch a truck more efficiently than before. No more delays because our driver can locate a broken-down vehicle. This gets the customer’s vehicle off the road and on the way quicker than ever before.
The next feature we want to highlight is the ability for customers to track their driver while he is en route. Once our driver is notified of the dispatched call, he will click en route on the app and that will send a text message to the broken-down driver. Once the link is clicked on, the customer can watch the Titan Towing driver the entire time while he drives to the scene of the break down. This gives the customer real time updates, but also holds us accountable to our customers and stated ETAs. This gives the customer peace of mind knowing that the driver is actually on the way with no more guessing as to when he might actually arrive.
To top off the already great experience with our Swoop Dispatching system, the customer will be sent their invoice via email when the job is completed along with a text survey which is optional. With our new system, we can take pictures at both the pick-up and the drop-off as well as getting signatures at each location. This allows us to document any preexisting damage and that the vehicle was picked up and delivered in satisfactory condition. All this information is included on the emailed receipt along with GPS coordinates for where the vehicle was dropped so there is never any concern over locating a delivered vehicle at the destination. Once the job is complete the Swoop system follows up with a text message asking the customer to rate their experience 1-5 (5 being the best). Once a 1-5 rating is given, a second text is sent asking if there is anything we can approve. All of this sent to us on the back side for further review and corrective action is taken or praise given when needed. With this information available we can continuously work to improve our business for a better result to our customer!
